YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for accounts receivable and payable, including dunning and customer verification
  • Management of general ledgers
  • Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Participation in the preparation of balance sheets and annual financial statements
  • Involvement and review of payroll entries prepared by the payroll office
  • Execution of payment transactions and dunning processes
  • Optimization of invoice approval processes
  • Active participation in process improvements and digitalization
  • Maintenance of supplier and customer master data
  • Ongoing maintenance of fixed asset accounting
  • Opportunity for development into controlling
  • Active support in the preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Accounting/Finance & Accounting/Tax Law
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel
  • Proficient in using common ERP systems, preferably Epicor
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Analytical thinking and a high affinity for numbers
  • Sense of responsibility and team spirit
