IT application manager in first-level support (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

Accepting inquiries by telephone, e-mail or ticket system
Solving simple IT problems (e.g. resetting passwords, printer errors, software problems)
Forwarding more complex problems to second level support (external service provider)
Documenting requests and solutions in the ticket system
Setting up employee workstations
Support in the use of IT systems and software for approx. 60 employees in Germany and the USA

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed training in the IT sector or comparable experience, career changers are also welcome
Initial experience in 1st or 2nd level support
Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office and ERP systems
Initial experience in IT support or helpdesk would be an advantage
Good written and spoken German and English skills
