YOUR TASKS

Responsibility for procurement, management, and sustainability of raw materials and goods across Europe
Handling purchasing processes in the ERP system:
- Processing order and change requests and implementing them
- Maintaining master data
Ensuring demand-driven and timely material flow through collaboration with suppliers
Requesting quotes and creating price comparisons
Independently handling complaints with suppliers
Assisting in the optimization of inventory levels
Project-based purchasing for new items and special procurements
Negotiating with suppliers
Contributing to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
Several years of experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings is an advantage
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
High level of reliability and flexibility, as well as a team-oriented and structured working style
Strong negotiation skills and a keen awareness of deadlines, costs, and figures
