YOUR TASKS

Technical support and advice for our international customers by email and telephone
Processing spare parts and service enquiries
Processing customer complaints, warranty and goodwill claims
Repairing machines and assembling components according to drawings or instructions
Carrying out service and maintenance work at the customer's premises
Carrying out electrical and safety inspections (UVV) according to test protocol (southern Germany area)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed training as a mechatronics engineer/technician or similar qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of mechatronics/mechanical engineering/automation technology
Professional experience in technical customer service is an advantage
Very good written German and good written English skills
Quality-conscious and structured way of working
Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time
Confident handling of Microsoft 365
Knowledge of ERP systems desirable
